With a specific focus on environmental sustainability, we individually package every mask in practical, fully biodegradable bioplastic (PLA) blisters, drastically reducing the ecological impact associated with single-use plastic packaging. Technical features:
- Production and UV Sterilisation: 100% Made in Italy at our Montegrosso d'Asti facility. Before packaging, every device undergoes a rigorous UV radiation sterilisation treatment to ensure maximum hygiene.
- Anti-fog Design: The specialized upper architecture and adaptable nose wire are engineered to divert airflow, preventing the fogging of prescription glasses or protective visors.
- Tested Ergonomic Ear Loops: Secured via ultrasonic welding, the loops are calibrated to eliminate ear tension. Ergonomic certification tests, conducted on a wide sample of male and female physiognomies with varying facial structures and statures, ensure no marking or discomfort even after 8 hours of continuous use.
- Materials and Customisation: High-filtration, hypoallergenic, and latex-free non-woven fabric (NWFs). Models are available in various colours and patterns to suit corporate or personal aesthetic requirements.
- Ecological Packaging: Individually packaged in a protective blister made of fully biodegradable PLA (Polylactic Acid) bioplastic.
- Absolute Traceability: Production batch and expiry date are clearly indicated on every single device.

- LM01 Model (Type IIR Surgical Mask): 3-layer Medical Device (MD) with excellent bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE ≥ 98%) and maximum resistance to liquid splashes.
- LM02 Model (FFP2 NR Respirator): High-efficiency 5-layer Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for blocking fine particulates and aerosols, essential for high-risk environments.
