FIBC Hot-Bags for High-Temperature Materials
An innovative heat-resistant solution developed for the transport and storage of ultra-high temperature materials, capable of operating at up to 200°C. They combine outstanding structural thermal resistance with insulation to ensure maximum operational safety in industrial environments.
Technical Features:
- Stabilised Material: High thermal stability polypropylene formulated with thermal antioxidants and UV stabilisers to prevent degradation.
- Extreme Resistance: Stabilisation treatment during production that raises the softening point to >200°C.
- Reinforced Fabric: High grammage from 180 to 220 g/m².
- Special Stitching: Ultra-high heat-resistant yarn that does not degrade or melt, preventing structural failure.
- Insulation and Safety: Multi-layer protective structure (e.g. aluminium foil or laminated composites) designed to retain internal heat while shielding the outer walls.
Available Configurations:
- Thermal Standard: Optimised for operating temperatures between 150-180°C with 180-200 g/m² fabric.
- High-Temp: Designed for extreme temperatures between 180-200°C with heavy-duty 220 g/m² fabric.
- Optional Insulation: Integration of an internal insulating aluminium liner for specific thermal reduction.
Key operational benefits:
- Certified safety: No thermal degradation of the container, with maximum temperature testing strictly performed on every batch.
- Personnel protection: Insulation prevents burns during delicate load-handling operations.
- Process acceleration: Allows for the handling of hot materials directly from production lines, eliminating long intermediate cooling times.
