Special Big Bags

Saccheria Lema's Special line of Big Bags is specifically designed to solve the most complex engineering and logistical challenges, pushing beyond traditional standards. We create unique flexible containers for special applications, ensuring optimal solutions for atypical production processes, subsea engineering, and the gravitational separation of wet materials.

Every special container is developed by our in-house technical department, which manages bespoke design and rapid prototyping in just 7-10 days. Our most innovative configurations include: fully personalised Big Bags for non-standard dimensions, spouts, and fabrics; filtering sacks in non-woven fabric (TNT) and PP geotextile with calibrated porosity for solid-liquid separation; subsea ballast mattresses for the stabilisation of offshore cables and pipelines; and Light Bags in TNT fabric, ideal as a draining variant for industrial moulds that undergo washing after use in the production line.

Available with widely customisable load capacities, from 250 kg up to 2000 kg, they can be equipped with integrated accessories and special closure systems (zips, B-Lock systems, ties).
